Netflix’s sci-fi time travel series Dark was a gem, and a work of such excellence can only be experienced once in a while.

And the two of the primary minds to think of this project were the German creators (also a real-life couple) duo Baran bo Odar and Jantje Friese.

Precisely, the writing department of the Dark was handled by Jantje Friese. She was the brain behind the complex time-travel narrative of the series.

Subsequently, Netflix offered Friese and her director partner to come up with a good script for a series. And then, the masterpiece, mind-bending series Dark, happened.

As for now, the famed screenplay writer, Friese, has been working on the script of her next Netflix series 1899.
