The discussion of this report will be centred on Keefe D children. Keefe D has recently attracted media attention subsequent to his arrest by law enforcement authorities, following his admission in 2009 of involvement in the tragic murder of Tupac Shakur in the 1990s.

On social media, a recent image of Keefe D has gone viral, showing him with his nephew Orlando ‘Baby Lane’ Anderson, who was originally named as a suspect in the shooting event. This article seeks to explore Keefe D’s personal life, specifically to find out if he is a father to any children.

Who Is Keefe D?

Duane Keith Davis, commonly referred to as Keefe D, is an African American individual hailing from Compton, California, born on June 14, 1963. He is associated with the renowned South Side Compton Crips gang. Keefe D has been implicated in the alleged involvement in the murder of Tupac Shakur. During his formative years, this 60-year-old ex-gang leader displayed a strong passion for football, actively participating in the sport alongside Suge Knight during their teenage years. Subsequently, he made the decision to align himself with the South Side Compton Crips gang.

Tupac Shakur Death Linked To Keefe D

On the evening of September 7, 1996, a fight occurred between Tupac and his associates and Anderson, who is Keefe D’s nephew, at the MGM Grand Hotel in Las Vegas. This incident happened just three hours before Tupac Shakur’s unfortunate death. Both Anderson and his uncle were considered potential suspects during the investigation.

In a book written by former LAPD investigator Greg Kading and published in October 2011, Sean “Diddy” Combs is accused of allegedly giving Keefe D $1 million to have Tupac Shakur and Suge Knight killed. According to Davis and Kading’s accounts, Anderson’s vehicle was parked next to the BMW in which Tupac was shot and killed. Additionally, Davis, in a recorded conversation with Kading, claimed that Anderson was the one who fired the shots that ultimately took Tupac’s life.

Keefe D admitted in July 2018 to taking part in Tupac Shakur’s murder. He further claimed to have been a passenger in the white Cadillac on the night of the incident. However, he chose not to disclose the identities of the other individuals present in the vehicle. Keefe D did, however, reveal that his nephew, Orlando Anderson, was the gunman responsible for the attack. This act of violence was allegedly motivated by a desire for retribution following an altercation at the MGM Grand and the allure of a $1 million reward offered by Puff Daddy.

On September 29, 2023, Davis was apprehended by the Las Vegas Metropolitan Police in connection with the aforementioned homicide. Prior to his arrest in July 2023, law enforcement authorities had conducted a search at Keefe D’s wife’s residence in Nevada. The purpose of this raid, as indicated in police documents, was to locate items of interest pertaining to the murder of Tupac Shakur.
