Laurie's theology has been influential in the evangelical Christian community, and he has authored numerous books and Bible commentaries. He is also the founder and senior pastor of Harvest Christian Fellowship, a megachurch in Riverside, California.

Inerrancy of the Bible

The inerrancy of the Bible is a fundamental doctrine in Greg Laurie theology. Laurie believes that the Bible is the inspired and inerrant Word of God, and that it is without error in all matters of faith and practice. This belief is based on the following reasons:

• The Bible claims to be the Word of God (2 Timothy 3:16-17).
• The Bible has been proven to be historically and archaeologically accurate.
• The Bible has had a profound impact on the lives of millions of people throughout history.

Laurie believes that the inerrancy of the Bible is essential for the Christian faith. He argues that if the Bible is not inerrant, then we cannot trust it as our guide for faith and practice. He also believes that the inerrancy of the Bible is a source of great comfort and assurance for believers. It gives us confidence that we can trust God's Word and that he will never lead us astray.

The inerrancy of the Bible is a controversial doctrine, and there are many who do not believe that the Bible is without error. However, Laurie believes that the evidence overwhelmingly supports the inerrancy of the Bible. He encourages Christians to study the Bible for themselves and to come to their own conclusions about its inerrancy.

Deity of Jesus Christ

In Greg Laurie theology, the deity of Jesus Christ is a central and foundational doctrine. Laurie believes that Jesus is fully God and fully man, and that he is the second person of the Trinity. This belief is based on the following reasons:

• The Bible clearly teaches that Jesus is God. The Bible contains many verses that affirm the deity of Jesus Christ. For example, in John 1:1, it says, "In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God." This verse clearly states that Jesus is God.
• Jesus claimed to be God. On several occasions, Jesus made statements that could only be made by God. For example, in John 8:58, Jesus said, "Before Abraham was, I am." This statement is a clear claim to deity, because only God can exist outside of time.
• Jesus was worshipped as God. The Bible records several instances where people worshipped Jesus as God. For example, in Matthew 28:9-10, the women who came to Jesus' tomb worshipped him. This act of worship shows that they believed that Jesus was God.

The deity of Jesus Christ is a crucial doctrine for Greg Laurie theology. It is the foundation for our belief in salvation. If Jesus is not God, then he cannot save us from our sins. The deity of Jesus Christ is also the basis for our hope for eternal life. If Jesus is not God, then he cannot give us eternal life.

Importance of evangelism

Evangelism is the act of sharing the gospel with others. It is a central part of Greg Laurie theology, as Laurie believes that it is the duty of every Christian to share their faith with others. He believes that evangelism is important for the following reasons:

• It is a command from Jesus Christ. In Matthew 28:19-20, Jesus tells his disciples to "go and make disciples of all nations." This command is binding on all Christians, and it is our duty to obey it.
• It is a way to show love to others. When we share the gospel with others, we are showing them that we care about their eternal souls. We are offering them the opportunity to hear about the love of God and to receive salvation through Jesus Christ.
• It is a way to fulfill the Great Commission. The Great Commission is Jesus' command to his disciples to go and make disciples of all nations. Evangelism is a way to fulfill this command and to help spread the gospel to the ends of the earth.

Laurie believes that evangelism is essential for the growth of the church. He encourages Christians to be bold in sharing their faith with others. He also provides resources and training to help Christians evangelize effectively.

Evangelism is a challenging task, but it is also a rewarding one. When we share the gospel with others, we are planting seeds that can lead to eternal life. We are also making a difference in the world by helping to spread the love of God.

There are many reasons why the Christian community is so important. First, the Christian community provides a sense of belonging and acceptance. When we are part of a church community, we are surrounded by people who love and support us, and who are committed to helping us grow in our faith. This sense of belonging is essential for our well-being and for our ability to thrive as Christians.

Third, the Christian community provides a platform for us to serve others. When we are part of a church community, we have the opportunity to use our gifts and abilities to serve others. This could involve volunteering in the nursery, teaching Sunday school, or serving on a missions team. When we serve others, we are not only helping them, but we are also growing in our own faith.

• Social justice is a matter of human dignity.

Every human being is created in the image of God, and therefore has inherent dignity. This means that we are all deserving of respect and compassion, regardless of our race, ethnicity, gender, or socioeconomic status. Social justice is about working to create a society where all people are treated with dignity and respect.

• Christians are called to be agents of change.

As Christians, we are called to be agents of change in the world. This means working to create a more just and compassionate society. We can do this by working for social justice, both in our local communities and around the world.
