The phrase ‘knowledge is power’ rings especially true when it comes to your health. In recent years, a wave of wellness trends such as reiki and reflexology have gained popularity amongst wellbeing-conscience individuals wanting to improve their health - and even try to reverse the ageing process.

According to the London Regenerative Institute, “just 100 years ago, the average lifespan in the US was around 54. Thanks to important achievements in science and healthcare, today it’s closer to 78. We believe the combination of our technology, analytics, and diagnostic insight has the potential to radically improve and lengthen lives even further—to 100 and beyond."
