Fame comes naturally if you come from a well-known Hollywood family. Despite their prominence, many celebrity offspring prefer to keep their personal lives secret.

We’re talking about Aaron Kendrick De Niro, the son of Robert De Niro, one of the most important and influential actors in Hollywood. Aaron’s father has received numerous honors, including two Academy Awards (one for The Godfather Part II, starring Al Pacino and Diane Keaton).

Has Aaron, like his father, followed in his father’s footsteps? We’ll find out soon enough. Meanwhile, learn more about his surrogate mother, siblings, and family!

Aaron Kendrick De Niro’s parents are unknown. Was conceived through surrogacy

Aaron was born in the United States of America in 1995. He is the son of Robert De Niro and Toukie Smith, his long-term lover. Julian Henry De Niro, his twin brother, is also an actor.

They were conceived through in vitro fertilization and delivered via surrogate mother. Both twin brothers desire to remain anonymous.

Aaron’s grandpa, Robert De Niro Sr., was an abstract expressionist painter, as was his grandmother, Virginia Admiral. They divorced when Aaron’s father, Robert, was just two years old. Aaron’s grandfather apparently came out as gay. Regardless of what happened, Robert told Out Magazine that he had a good relationship with both of his parents.

His paternal grandfather worked as a butcher, while his grandmother worked at a factory.

Aaron De Nero’s parents did not marry.

After his divorce from his first wife in 1988, Robert and Toukie began dating. They ended their romance, though, a year after Aaron and Julian were born. Despite their long-standing romance, they never married.

They co-parented their children amicably until they reached the age of majority. Aaron and Julian are now fully mature adults.

Aaron Kendrick De Niro has four half-brothers from his father’s two marriages.

From his father’s first marriage to actress Diahnne Abbott, he has two half-siblings. The couple married in 1976 and had their first child, Raphael De Niro, the following year. Robert also adopted Drena De Niro from his prior relationship with Abbott. On September 3, 1971, Drena was born.

His father’s second marriage to philanthropist and actress Grace Hightower produced two more half-siblings. In 1997, the couple married. In March 1998, Grace gave birth to their son, Elliot De Niro.

The two separated in 1999, but their divorce proceedings were never completed. Surprisingly, they decided to repeat their vows in 2004. In December 2011, the couple became parents for the second time when they conceived a daughter, Helen Grace De Niro, through surrogacy.

Despite their prior reconciliation, Robert and wife Grace divorced for the second time in November 2018.

In addition, the actor is the grandfather of four grandchildren, three from his son Raphael and one from his adoptive daughter Drena.

Aaron’s ethnicity and nationality

His father is of Irish, Italian, Dutch, English, French, and German origin, hence he is of American nationality with a mixed ethnic background. His mother is of African descent.

On The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon, Robert commented regarding his family,

“My children are all half black, and I don’t have, and I, too, take certain things for granted.”

The celebrity youngster has kept his work data completely hidden from the public eye. His father, Robert, doesn’t mind which road they take as long as they are happy. He stated to People,

“For my kids, I tell them, ‘If you want to be an actor or do this or that, that’s fine as long as you’re happy.”

Robert went on to say,

“Just don’t undersell yourself.” That’s all I’d recommend – push yourself a little harder and aim for what you truly believe you want to do. Don’t be scared.”

Drena, his oldest adoptive daughter, followed in her father’s footsteps. She is an actress and a filmmaker. She has appeared in several films, including Grace of My Heart, The Adventures of Rocky and Bullwinkle, The Lovebirds, and others. Drena is also the spokesperson for the Kageno Orphan Sponsorship program.

Raphael, Robert’s second-oldest kid, is a former actor. He currently works as a broker for Douglas Elliman.

In 2019, the actor told Us Weekly that raising six children is a difficult task. He insisted,

“I enjoy spending time with my children. It is not simple. Sometimes it’s enjoyable and you adore your children, and other times you want to murder them!”

How much money does Aaron Kendrick De Niro have?

The precise sum of his net worth is still being determined. Aaron’s father, on the other hand, is reported to be worth $500 million. He has amassed an enormous fortune as a result of his extended and successful acting career.

In 2009, the actor made $24.5 million from his numerous projects. He received a $20 million paycheck from the film Little Fockers.

Robert currently lives in a 2,222-square-foot home in Gardiner, New York. According to accounts, he purchased the property in 1997 for $1.5 million. There are six bedrooms and seven bathrooms in all. In addition, the palace has 2,700 feet of Hudson River frontage.

His legendary father, Robert, won two Academy Awards.

Robert De Niro is a well-known personality in the entertainment industry, having been in a number of popular films. His performance as Vito Corleone in The Godfather Part II earned him his first Academy Award nomination. He won the Academy Award for Best Actor for his performance in Raging Bull.

He has also received awards such as the Golden Globe Award and the Screen Actors Guild Life Achievement Award.
